CA Ritu Jain is the Founder and Director of Ritu Institution and a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in Commerce. With over 15 years of teaching experience in Accounts and Taxation, she has mentored students for academic and professional courses with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and exam performance. She also brings practical corporate experience in accounts and taxation, helping students connect theory with real-world application.
Teaching Style: Structured concept-based teaching, exam-oriented preparation, and practical examples to build strong subject understanding and student confidence.

CA Deepak is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of diverse corporate experience, having worked with reputed organizations such as PwC, Disney, and Star India in senior leadership roles including Head of Strategy and Global CFO. Along with his corporate career, he has a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students. He teaches Economics for CA Foundation and Cost Accounting and Financial Management for CA Intermediate.
Teaching Style: Integrates real-world corporate experience, case studies, and practical business examples to help students understand concepts beyond textbooks.
CA Nikita Innani

CA Nikita is a qualified Chartered Accountant with industry and academic experience. She completed her articleship at Ernst & Young (EY) in Indirect Taxation (GST), gaining exposure to taxation, compliance, and advisory services. With over five years of teaching experience, she mentors students preparing for CA and CMA courses and helps them build strong conceptual understanding.

Chartered Accountant – CA Inter Faculty
CA Sushmita Manda is a Chartered Accountant with over five years of experience in risk and compliance services with Big 4 and consulting firms. Her work experience includes Internal Audit, process mapping, IFC and ERM assignments, and consulting projects. She has also worked as a Senior Consultant in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets talent acquisition practice. She is currently associated with Ritu Commerce Academy as a faculty for CA Inter students, teaching GST, Law, Audit, and EIS & SM.

Namrata Gupta

Namrata Gupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University and has experience in data analysis and academic mentoring. She has taught students in India and Canada across State Board, CBSE, ICSE, IB, and Cambridge curricula. Along with classroom teaching, she has also conducted personalized home tuitions, focusing on individual student learning needs and concept clarity. She mentors Mathematics, Science, and English for Grades 7–10 with a structured and concept-based approach.
