    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Riitu Institution website (riituinstitution.com) and enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

    2. About Us

    Riitu Commerce and CA Institution (“Riitu Institution”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a coaching institute located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We offer classroom and online coaching for CA, CS, CMA, 11th–12th Commerce, B.Com, BMS, BAF, and specially designed courses.

    3. Enrollment & Admission

    • Enrollment in any course is confirmed only upon receipt of the full or agreed installment fee payment.

    • Riitu Institution reserves the right to accept or decline any admission request at its sole discretion.

    • Batch allocation (timing, mode, faculty) is subject to availability at the time of enrollment.

    • Students must provide accurate personal information during enrollment. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

    • Admission to a batch does not guarantee a specific seat, time slot, or faculty unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

    4. Fee Payment

    • Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrollment.

    • Fees can be paid via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any other mode accepted by Riitu Institution.

    • A fee receipt will be issued for every payment made.

    • Non-payment of fees by the due date may result in suspension from classes until dues are cleared.

    • Riitu Institution reserves the right to revise course fees for new batches. Fees once fixed for an enrolled batch will not change mid-course.

    5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • Before batch commencement: A refund request made before the first class may be considered, subject to a processing fee of ₹500. Study materials already issued are non-refundable.

    • After batch commencement: No refund will be issued once classes have started.

    • Transfer to another batch: Students may request a one-time transfer to another batch of the same course, subject to seat availability, within 15 days of enrollment.

    • Cancellation by Riitu Institution In the rare event that Riitu Institution cancels a batch before commencement, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

    6. Course Schedule & Changes

    • Riitu Institution reserves the right to reschedule, merge, or restructure batches due to operational requirements, public holidays, faculty availability, or low enrollment.

    • Changes to batch timings or faculty will be communicated to enrolled students with reasonable notice via WhatsApp, email, or phone call.

    • Riitu Institution is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to such rescheduling.

    7. Student Conduct

    Students enrolled at Riitu Institution are expected to:

    • Attend classes regularly and punctually

    • Maintain respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students

    • Not record, distribute, or share any class content, study materials, or recordings without prior written permission

    • Not engage in any disruptive behavior during classroom or online sessions

    Riitu Institution reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student found in violation of conduct standards, without refund.

    8. Online Classes — Specific Terms

    • Online class links (Zoom/Google Meet) are shared exclusively with enrolled students and must not be forwarded to third parties.

    • Recording of live sessions by students is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by Riitu Institution.

    • Students are responsible for their own internet connection and device setup. Technical issues on the student’s end do not entitle a refund or make-up class.

    • Make-up sessions for missed classes are provided at the faculty’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

    9. Study Materials

    • Study materials provided by Riitu Institution are the intellectual property of Riitu Institution and its faculty.

    • Materials are for the personal use of enrolled students only.

    • Reproducing, photocopying, distributing, uploading, or selling any study material — in part or full — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

    10. Results & Outcomes

    • Riitu Institution does not guarantee any specific exam result, rank, or score.

    • Past results and achievements mentioned on our website represent actual student performance but do not guarantee similar outcomes for future students.

    • Exam success depends on individual effort, consistency, and preparation in addition to coaching.

    11. Website Use

    • The content on riituinstitution.com — including text, images, course details, and study material — is the property of Riitu Commerce and CA  Institution.

    • You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any website content without written permission.

    • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any content from the website at any time without prior notice.

    • Links to third-party websites (e.g., ICAI, ICSI, Mumbai University) are provided for reference only. Riitu Institution is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites.

    12. Privacy

    Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    Riitu Institution shall not be held liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services

    • Delays or disruptions in classes due to force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, government orders)

    • Any loss of data, study material, or personal property on our premises or during online sessions

    14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from enrollment, fees, or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    15. Changes to Terms

    Riitu Institution reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
